Changed your mind

Unused, original packaging, within 30 days. Email us first — don't ship anything before you hear back. Return postage is yours. Refund lands 5–10 business days after the item reaches us.

Damaged, faulty or wrong

Photo within 14 days and we replace it free. Nothing goes back.

Wall art

Printed individually for your order, so it isn't returnable for preference. Damaged or misprinted is always replaced free.

Lost parcels

No tracking movement for 14 business days and we replace or refund. We chase the carrier, not you.

Cancelling

Within 24 hours of ordering, full refund.

Currency

Prices and refunds in US dollars. If your bank converted the charge, the amount back may differ slightly with the exchange rate.
